Summary:
Cayosoft is seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our growing marketing team. As a PMM, you will play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy, developing product positioning, and crafting messaging that highlights the value of Cayosoft’s cutting-edge IT infrastructure and cloud management solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and customer success, you will create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that drive product adoption and contribute to revenue growth.

You’ll develop strategic messaging, design marketing plans, and continuously refine product marketing efforts to stay ahead in competitive markets. Your ability to translate complex technology into clear, persuasive messaging will be crucial as you craft content across multiple channels to engage our audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Cayosoft’s product portfolio, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
- Create clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Cayosoft’s solutions in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content for product launches, sales enablement, and demand generation campaigns.
- Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Develop customer case studies, white papers, webinars, and other marketing collateral to support product marketing efforts.
- Analyze product and marketing performance data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with the sales team to create and deliver training materials and tools that help them effectively communicate product value to customers.
- Engage with customers, industry analysts, and other stakeholders to build product awareness and generate demand.
- Present and speak in front of groups – sales, channel partners, industry events, podcasts, etc.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the software or technology space.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and IT buyers: professionals who are responsible for managing and monitoring IT infrastructure and applications, particularly Microsoft platforms
- Proven experience in creating and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Possess a blend of technical and marketing knowledge, business acumen, and people skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent relevant experience
