We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines driving revenue—finding the right opportunities, owning the sales process, and turning leads into loyal customers. You’ll team up with marketing, AEs, and technical pros to show prospects the real value of our Microsoft-focused solutions and close deals that count.
What Success Looks Like

- Conduct outbound and respond to inbound prospecting efforts to generate and qualify leads.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Understand customer pain points and position our Microsoft-focused solutions effectively.
- Coordinate and deliver tailored product demos and sales presentations with support from Pre-Sales Engineers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Work with Territory Account Executive to negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing to support customer success.
- Drive joint account planning and pipeline growth with partner sales reps.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline tracking and forecasting.
- Report on account status and communicate progress of key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Stay current on Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, etc.) and industry trends.
- Travel up to 20% within the assigned territory.
- Assist with client issues or escalations as needed.
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of small and mid-market software sales experience, including direct and channel sales.
- Experience with account mapping to drive strategic engagement and growth is required.
- Understanding of technology trends and their impact on enterprises.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and related technologies is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a CRM, using email automation tools and virtual meeting platforms. Experience with LinkedIn Navigator, SFDC, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo is HIGHLY preferred.
- Skilled in cold calling and prospecting with a proven ability to develop new business, leveraging solution and value-based selling techniques.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic, high energy, and excellent communication skills; thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience will be considered.
Compensation
On-target earnings (OTE) include a competitive base salary, plus commission for hitting and exceeding your goals.
